Regular Member
Members who benefit from all products and services of the cooperative.
Members entitled to Vote
Enjoys the same rights and privileges as a Regular Member and is eligible to run for office.
Associate Member
Clergy who belong to a religious congregation or institution.
Rights & Privileges of Members
- Participate in the deliberation of any issue during general assembly meetings
- Avail himself of the services of the cooperative, subject to certain conditions as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors
- Inspects and Examine the books, the share register and order records of the cooperative during office hours.
- Has preference in the payment of interest on share capital and in the distribution of the net assets of the Cooperative in case of Liquidation.
- Such other rights and privileges as may be granted by the General Assembly.

Requirements
- Attend Cooperative Orientation Seminar
- Accomplished Membership Application Form
- Photocopy of Appointment Letter from Chancery
- Photocopy of 2 Valid IDs (Celebret and Government ID)
- 2 pieces 2”x 2” Photos
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Membership Fee: PHP 1,000.00
- Initial Capital Share (Minimum PHP 10,000.00; Maximum PHP 2,000,000.00)
